Ecommerce & digital operations · West Chester, PA · Remote

A one‑person digital department.

For 10 years, I've run everything digital for the West Chester University campus store: the online store and its 2,200+ products, SEO search, photography, design, social media, email marketing, in-store signage and the POS point of sale cash registers. For 18 years I've run a Nissan dealership's website remotely, where every change requires manufacturer compliance.

The work

Designed and built in‑house.

Every slider, banner and graphic on the campus store is mine, made to the university's brand and swapped out with the season. When a vendor doesn't supply product photos, I shoot them myself and match them to the rest of the catalog. No agency.

From 20 likes a post to sold‑out drops.

I started the store's Instagram ten years ago, when a post got about 20 likes. I run it myself: the content, the captions and the posting, with no agency and no ad budget. Today the best posts pull over 1,000 likes, and more than once a post has sold a product out of the store.

AI & automation

I automate the grunt work.

Adding a product by hand meant cleaning photos, writing copy, building import files and tagging categories, one item at a time. I built an AI-assisted workflow that does it from the vendor's email.

  1. 01Vendor emailSpecs, colors, sizes and photos arrive
  2. 02Photos cleanedBackgrounds whitened, logos removed, sized to spec
  3. 03Copy writtenTitles, descriptions and SEO tags in the store's format

Paper to digital

Business office on DocuSign

I led the business office's move from paper forms to DocuSign workflows, and I handle the routing, authentication and delivery issues that come with it.

Case studies

Two very different games.

A university store where I control everything, and a car dealership where every change answers to the manufacturer. Same result: sites that stay current, rank, and sell.

I led the store's rebuild on NetSuite SuiteCommerce and made the template ours: custom navigation and category structure, every banner and graphic, all 2,200+ listings and the SEO behind them. I also built an AI-assisted workflow that turns vendor emails into web-ready listings, and I set up and support the store's POS registers.

Colonial Nissan

I chose the layout and template in the site's redesign and have run it remotely for 18 years. Every special, banner and page change clears Nissan's brand and advertising compliance before it goes live.
